At Wood Buffalo Regional Library we support our community in building connections through information, technology resources, opportunities for creativity and learning, and inclusive programs and services.
Values
Plan of Service
WBRL's 2019 to 2023 Plan of Service was developed based on a community needs assessment, setting our direction for the next five years and aligning our goals with those of our community.
We initiated our community lead Plan of Service in August 2018 and received approval from the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo Library Board in January 2019.
