How do I request an interlibrary loan?

To request an interlibrary loan (ILL):

1. Double check the WBRL collection to ensure we don't have the item.
2. Visit the Relais website, Alberta's interlibrary loan portal, to request the item from another library.
3. Choose Wood Buffalo Regional Library as your location.
4. Search for the item you want to borrow.
5. Place your request with your WBRL barcode and PIN.
