It’s the season of short days and cold weather. That means it’s also cozy season.

Get a good night's sleep.
Your body is producing more melatonin when you see less sunlight, which can make you more tired than usual! The cold temps can also increase your metabolism, which can explain why you want to eat and sleep more. Embrace your inner bear and do a little hibernating this winter.
